We are a dynamic team of holistic health professionals who work together to provide quality, cohesive care for the mind, body, and spirit.
The VWS team is passionate about working in community and for community through our individual services and community offerings. We understand the frustration and exhaustion of traveling to multiple locations, often advocating for your own care, and sometimes having to relay information to your providers yourself.
We are proud to have created a healing environment where, whether you are receiving care from one or all of our practitioners, you will have the support of the whole team.
We are a studio because at VWS we believe that creativity, art, movement, and gathering as a group are all integral pieces to the wellness puzzle. So, we made space for that. We hope you will come be inspired to heal, create, and thrive.

The VWS Comprehensive Holistic Care Team is made up of healthcare providers practicing at our studio. Each provider specializes in holistic therapies that contribute to our whole self’s well-being: our body, mind and spirit.
Each provider serves individual clients, but what makes each special is an open spirit and understanding-capacity to work with one another in a collaborative environment. It’s done specifically for the benefit of VWS clients. Once a week the team gathers to support clients with a Holistic Care Plan, ensuring they follow the client’s progress and support them in ways that work best for them.
With this web of support, clients rest knowing they are not alone on their wellness journey and that their voice matters to their healthcare team.

Her approach is especially effective for individuals experiencing anxiety, sleep disturbances, feeling tired and wired, mood swings, nervous tension, exhaustion, poor mental focus and those experiencing a stressful season in life.
Paige is a Pacific Northwest Native. Once she does begin skincare services, she will definitely be spreading the love of Lagom Body Co., one of the VWS Team’s favorite skincare brands!
Outside of learning about holistic health, beauty, and wellness, Paige enjoys writing, wholesome comfort food, and keeping things organized and running smoothly at VWS!
